Ann & I found these "Rules" when we were on our honeymoon at St. John USVI. They were a well worn, several photocopy-generations old copy, posted on a bulletin board in THE ice cream shop on the island. We borrowed them, walked two blocks to THE copy machine on the island (at the Post Office), made two copies, and replaced the original on the bulletin board with thanks to the shop owner (a "reformed" psychologist).
On our way home a few days later we gave one of those copies to a fellow traveller. We've been giving them out to others ever since! I have translated them to html so that they will look nice on your browser (print 'em out!) as well as load fast.
